Phenom 300
Since it entered service in 2009, Embraer’s Phenom 300 has pushed the envelope in the light jet market. With its high performance, utility, low operating costs, and aesthetically pleasing form, it’s no surprise that 60 Phenom 300 jets were delivered in 2013 alone. The interior is configured according to the Oval Lite concept which maximizes usable space to accommodate between eight and nine passengers for a range of 1,971 nautical miles. Powered by quiet, fuel efficient Pratt & Whitney Canada turbofan engines, it boasts a colossal fuel capacity (which allows for single-point refueling) and an externally serviced private rear lavatory which is arguable the best executive jet lavatory out there. At 66 cubic feet, the external rear baggage compartment can accommodate golf bags, snowboards, and skis in addition to multiple suitcases.
