Every time you call your Flight Coordinator, you will speak with a professional assigned to you. Each flight coordinator has access to your  profile. Your profile allows us to make the best possible recommendations and or selections based on your likes and dislikes. Flight Coordinators are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to schedule your flights, arrange ground transportation, and coordinate catering. How does Zephyr Jets ensure the safety of its passengers?

Our primary focus is on your safety. Zephyr Jets gives the comfort of knowing that every passenger who has flown on the aircraft before you and your family has been screened by comprehensive TSA standards and guidelines. Scheduling a flight requires the full legal names of all passengers. All passengers over the age of 18 must present valid, government issued photo ID prior to boarding the aircraft. If such identification is not presented, boarding is denied. The lead passenger must identify passengers under the age of 18. Crewmembers are required to display their company issued photo identification badge, at waist level or above, when on, or in the vicinity of, the aircraft. In addition, all crewmembers are required to carry valid government issued photo identification while on flight status. All flights are subjected to FAR Part 135 rules. All aircraft are locked and secured when crewmembers are absent from the plane. All passengers are escorted from the FBO to the aircraft by a crewmember.

What aircraft can passengers choose from?

Zephyr Jets provides access to an extensive network of charter aircrafts, including light, mid-size, super-mid and heavy jets. Airliners, turbo-prop and piston-prop aircraft are also available. Light jets are appropriate for six or fewer passengers traveling approximately 1500 nautical miles. While mid-size jets are best for five to seven passengers traveling approximately 1800 nautical miles. Super Mid Size Jets are a great option for traveling distances of about 2500 nautical miles. The largest is the Heavy Jet, which is suitable for nine to 14 passengers traveling across the United States and international routes. Boeing Business Jets, 737’s, 747’s and Air Bus are available with a 48-hour notice.
